PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

For the last twenty-five years, I have taught students at the secondary and post-secondary level. I’ve taught multiple subjects at middle school and high school level, and also have broad experience working at the college level, from teaching remedial courses at a community college to teaching upper-division courses at a highly selective university.

I am the ideal candidate to grow and sustain a French program, to push students to increase their French proficiency to be successful on the AP test and receive the seal of biliteracy, and to teach college-level courses to DLI students.

Currently teaching Flex French, French 1, and French 2. Formerly taught French 3.
Currently serving as World Languages department chair, seventh grade team lead, and a member of the PBIS team.
Nominated each of the last five years for the Granite School District Excel award. Finalist in 2023.
Designed Granite School District Distance Learning Curriculum for French 3.
Earned a level 2 license, and received a French endorsement with a Praxis score of 184 and an OPI of Advanced High.
