Shelah Miner teaches French at Wasatch Junior High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. For many years, she taught writing to college students, but now she loves to write stories in French for and with her 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. Shelah has a BA in English Teaching and an MFA in Creative Writing from Brigham Young University, an MA in American Culture Studies from Washington University, and an EdD in Second Language Instruction from American College of Education. She and her husband Ed are the parents of six kids. They live in Salt Lake City, Utah. Shelah loves to run in the mountains and travel the francophone world.
